Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We ship worldwide, you can see our full range of delivery options here

 

Q: Do you have a size guide?

As we are a UK based company, our products will arrive with UK sizing, but not to worry, all product sizes have been converted accordingly to match the equivalent size in your country. You can see our full size guide here.

 

Q: How do I know if my order has been placed?

A: An order confirmation email will be emailed to the email address provided on your order. Please allow up to 1 hour for a confirmation email to arrive. If you haven't recieved an email, please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: To make sure your new goodies arrive with you ASAP, we’ll start processing your order as soon as it’s placed. This means that once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or amend it. If another size or colour is needed please place a new order for this and return any unwanted items back to us.

 

Q: Where is my order?

A: Once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. If no email has been received your order has not been dispatched just yet. You can track your order using your tracking number on the specified courier’s website. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your dispatch email to arrive.

 

Q: Why is my order late?

A: Are you sure it’s late? Please double check the delivery option selected on your order, cut off times for ordering and the date which we said it will be delivered by. Please note that orders placed on Bank Holidays and weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. All delivery times are estimates and subject to the courier being able to deliver. Postcode restrictions may apply.

 

Q: I received a faulty item what do I do?

A: We’re sorry to hear you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. So we can assist you further please email us with your name, order number and an image of the fault/incorrect item to [email protected]
