UK Returns

 

Having trouble with your order? No worries! You can return any item you don’t want within 28 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original, unworn condition.

 

Here’s how to return your items:

1.     Repackage the item in original packaging with your delivery note enclosed.

2.     Click here to create your FREE return label

3.     Drop off your package at any Royal Mail Post Office and keep the receipt.

 

If you don’t have a printer, don’t stress! After creating your return label online, you’ll receive an email with the option to either print the label or use a QR code. With the QR code, the Post Office can print the label for you when you drop off your package.

 

Please keep a receipt or proof of postage, as we may need the tracking number.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your return to be processed. A refund will be issued excluding the initial delivery charge incurred.

 

International Returns

 

You can return any items within 28 days of receipt, unfortunately the returns will be made at your own cost.

 

To return your items simply follow the below steps:

1.     Repackage the item in the original packaging with your returns form enclosed. You can download your returns form here.

2.     Cut out your returns label, attach it to the front of your parcel and affix a stamp, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.

3.     Simply return your package to any local Post Office branch and keep the receipt.

 

Please retain a receipt / proof of postage from your local post office as we may require the tracking number.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed. A full refund will be issued excluding the initial delivery charge incurred.

 

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently accept exchanges. You can return your item to us for a refund, and place a new order to get the item of your choice.
